I bought this cable to hook up to my postage-stamped size TV and everything worked accordingly. The aluminum finish on the cable connectors are a beautiful touch and really make my $10 TV look amazing. My only gripe about using AV with a PS3 is that you're going to get what you paid for. The PS3's interface wasn't designed to be on a 19" SD TV - actually any SD TV - and those little 12pt lines of text that look gorgeous in 1080p are going to be microscopic to the point of squinting on most SD TV. It's a crime to use such an incredible machine on such a terrible piece of technology, so if you're purchasing this cable for daily use you should really think twice about what you're using your PS3 for.
