This is a great way to get both of these games at a reasonable price. As others stated COD4 is the red case greatest hits edition but that shouldn't bug you unless you are like Monk and have some kind of disorder...definitely recommended.

WarCraft 2 Battle.net Edition Review

WarCraft 2 Battle.net Edition
Average Reviews:

Gamers, including myself, have marveled at the old game Warcraft II for a long time. When I heard that Blizzard Entertainment was developing a new version for that classic, I was overjoyed. The old Real-Time Strategy (RTS) has left its mark as the best Game of the Year 1995, Best OnlineGame, and Best Multiplayer Game.Although the gameplay graphics andcutscenes art are somewhat lacking, it has pretty good graphics, funnysounds, and appropriate background music. The game's online gameplay ofthis game is fantastic since it takes Blizzard's free online gaming server,Battle.net, and uses it in this classic's upgrade.Warcraft II Battle.netEdition's AI is much in need of improvement compared to the other newgames, though. But this game was not supposed to be completely new, soBlizzard decided not to improve some of the features, but to fix old bugs, add small improvements, and add a super multiplayer option.
The story ofWarcraft II: Battle.net Edition takes place after their first big hit,Warcraft I: Orcs and Humans. After the death of the Orcish WarchiefBlackhand, Ogrim Doomhammer quickly took his place as the new Warchief. Meanwhile, the tattered humans from the destroyed land of Azeroth seekrefuge in Lordaeron, the other power in the Alliance, a group of humans, elves, and dwarves allying up against the fearsome Orcs. The humanshave won the second war against the Orcs and have destroyed their only wayinto human lands, the Dark Portal. As they find out, though, the riftallowing passage to their lands still exists. They Alliance must travelthe rift to Orcish Lands to stop the Orcish threat.
When you first startout on a single-player campaign, if you choose one from the Tides ofDarkness, then you'll start with a small amount of units and a basicbuilding to start out on.This just teaches you how to build things andgives you a basic feel for how you play the game.Eventually, you'll moveinto much harder levels which involve keeping someone alive as you travelenemy territory, building up a strong enough force to overcome a powerfulenemy, and developing strategy in order to outsmart your computerenemy.
The multiplayer features in this game are comparable to some ofthe top games out now.Popular online games, such as Starcraft and Diablo, use Blizzard's personal gaming server, Battle.net (the top online gamingservice in the world), to make a very easy and powerful multiplayer option. There are also the basic multiplayer options such as connection over anAppleTalk or IPX networks. There are traditional modem games, which areonly two player, and there is direct-connect (null modem). This game'smultiplayer is also compatible with the old version of Warcraft II.Youcan select either the enhanced (which fixes bugs and adds Battle.netoption) or you can choose normal (which is the only way you can playagainst other people with Warcraft II, but without Warcraft II: Battle.netEdition).This enhanced game has new features such as Shared Vision (theability to see what your ally sees), there is the new food bar (whichallows you to see how much food you have without selecting a farm), andthere is fixed bugs and smaller new features that would take a while tolist.
This game is a pretty basic RTS.Proportionally, the graphics areway off, but otherwise they are pretty good. For example, you walk a unitnext to some trees or a building. From the sizes they use, you would onlybe able to fit about 16 units into the biggest building (the Town/GreatHall).Those must be very big units because the smallest unit is a peonand supposedly it takes up as much space as a catapult. The cutscenes inthis game could be better, too. While they are much clearer and sharperthen the original Warcraft, they still could be better.
The sound in thisgame is good, but not as good as I hoped. They have added a few new soundsthat they had forgotten in the original, but those sounds go usually gounnoticed. While it's really funny to hear an Two-Headed Ogre burp reallyloud and then the two heads argue over who did it and to hear a Footmancomplain about what he's supposed to do, that's basically it in the sounddepartment.
I highly recommend this game if you are/were a frequentWarcraft or Starcraft player.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 Review

First, let me say that I really, REALLY enjoy this game. You absolutely must have the motion plus attachment to get the most out of the game, too.I actually did take my motion plus off once and played that way... and not only did I lose a substantial amount of control over what I was doing with the swing, but the feedback is pretty worthless too. With the motion plus you get the club face angle and the direction of the swing.Without the motion plus you get only the direction. Also, one great improvement in my mind is that it's much more difficult to hole out a shot from the fairway.I played TW 09 about a dozen times (renting it) and had about 15 holes-in-one and numerous other eagles by sinking it from the fairway. When the heart thumps started and the close-up on the ball came on, I learned to leave the spin alone because that thing was going in the hole EVERY TIME.On TW 10 the heart thumps mean it's getting CLOSE, but I've only had one ace in two months of play... and I like it since it's more realistic.

I have found an oddity in the game as far as game play is concerned. If you are a LEFT-HANDED golfer using the "Play Now" feature, you will be playing as Tiger (who is obviously right-handed), and you will see left-handed draw (with the ball flying left-to-right) show up as a fade for the right-handed Tiger (which makes sense, as a right-handed fade also flies left-to-right), and vice versa. You can make your own custom golfer as a lefty and he or she will appear left-handed on the screen.

So, that being said, there is much to ridicule about this game. Most of it happens if you happen to be pretty good at it.Let's suppose you're playing a tournament and (either because you're that good or have a great round) shoot something like a 61 or lower, and nobody else has shot better than 67 or so.You would think that you have a nice cushion, right?Well, you do until you tee off the next round. The computer AI apparently thinks anyone who shoots 61 is a sandbagger (for the non-golfer, that's someone who is a lot better than he or she claims to be and shoots much better than his or her handicap). As a result, in the next round (and subsequent rounds in that tournament), the computer-controlled players will start shooting scores like 56 or 57 so that they can catch up to you.The problem is, if you don't normally shoot as low as 61 and wind up following it with 67 or 68, you're now behind, and you won't catch up unless you can shoot 55 or so in the round following. So to win a tournament you must either (a) hold back by missing putts or hitting the occasional shot out of bounds so you don't beat the AI players by too much, or (b) simply shoot 54 or 55 each round so they can never catch up.

Within all that are the individual updates. It's interesting to read that someone in the tournament has double-eagled a hole... especially if it's a par 3, since that means the score on the hole was a ZERO!!!!! Tell me how that works, please?I've yet to finish a hole in TW golf (or in real golf, for that matter) with a ZERO!The only thing that was nearly as ridiculous as that was noticing that someone had made a hole-in-one... on #2 at TPC Sawgrass, which is a par-5!

Needless to say, I try to ignore those stupid updates and play my game, but it's a little annoying to think that for all the effort they put into the game, such stupid things are a part of it.Maybe they'll fix it for TW 11, but who knows...

Donkey Kong Country 3 Review

Donkey Kong Country 3
Average Reviews:

First of all, I'd like to say that overall, the SNES version of this game is what I'd recommend; while it was a pretty good decision to make DKC3 available for the GBA. it still does not live up to its SNES twin's expectations.

First of all, the plot is the same as SNES: DK and Diddy were kidnapped by K.Rool and it's your job to save them.So I won't go into the story. The controls, music, and sound are what really bother me.

The controls: well, I played this game on the DS.Its controls on the DS are maddening; when I expect to run, I jump. When I try to use Dixie's hair whip, I jump instead.Although DS' control layout is different from the GBA's, it is not the system at fault; it's the game. After all, on the back of the game box, it says only for DS and GBA; you'd think that Rareware would try to make the controls suit both systems. But instead, it takes around ten minutes to beat each level as you are struggling with the silly control layout.
The music.YIKES.Try the winter level on the first world; what the heck, are there drunk monks singing in the background? On the SNES version, the music was great; it played along with the level's surroundings and whatnot.in this game, it is as if the music is meant for 3-year-olds.It is too happy.Even on the gloomiest of levels, music remains happy and friendly. The overworld music is the only piece I remotely enjoy listening to.
The sound effects are really annoying. Those kremlings that hop on their tails...those sound effects make me want to mute the game. The sliding kremlings on the winter levels...thew sound is so out of place. All the sound effects are so lame and goofy, again--is this game meant for toddlers or what?

Overall, the game was an okay transfer from one system to another--but I would recommend the SNES version over the GBA one anyday.

PlayStation Move Controller Review

PlayStation Move Controller
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The Motion Controller and the PS Eye are the minimum needed to bring 'Move' to a any PS3 console. No exceptions. If you already have a PS Eye then the controller alone is the only purchase necessary. On the other hand, to fully enjoy certain games, you may want TWO Move Controllers.

It's hard not to be impressed by the Move. While I can't see how the Move's Motion Controller can become PS3's 'main' controller, I believe that it's going to find lots of good uses and hopefully in hard-core games and in the RPG games that I'm usually playing.SETUP

Press the PS button. If the controller is charged... you're done.

Of course, to do anything useful, you WILL need a PS Eye camera and maybe a game :). You CAN use the controller to navigate the PS3 XMB menus but it may take some getting used to - I am still reaching for the DualShock.MOVE'S MOTION CONTROLLER

The Wikipedia has a very thorough review of the technology inside the controller - impressive. It's probably worth going there to get an idea of what's under the hood.

From a user's point of view, the Move could be viewed as approximately the right side of the DualShock 3 where the motion tracking function is the R3 analog stick, R1 is the MOVE button and the R2 becomes the Move's T(rigger). You also get the 4 Square/Circle/X/Triangle, in a square (not 'diamond') formation, the PS button as well as the START and SELECT. So far, the most used buttons during gameplay were the MOVE and the T(rigger).

In addition, you get a wrist strap. At the opposite end of the microphone or thick wand-shaped Move there's a USB Mini-B port for charging and another port that seems to be proprietary - must investigate.

The controller is quite substantial as far as both size and weight - I like that and liked its being shaped in a way that makes it easy to grab and hold. Very much like a microphone or a very thick magic wand; NOT a remote control.

Based on my experience so far, Move's ability to track your motions far surpasses anything that I'm aware of in the gaming universe. Every single movement, up/down, left/right, toward/away and wrist rotation are accurately captured and almost instantly reflected on the screen and so is acceleration that would usually translates as 'force' in games such as sword fights or ping pong. In addition, there is haptic (tactile/rumble) feedback, a little too weak in the games I played so far, making the gaming experience that much more realistic.

I am not writing a lot about the Eye camera because... it's just there and it's not the subject of this review. For as long as it can see you, it simply does its part so that you may enjoy your game.PLAYING

I've tried so far everything in the Champions game and one puzzle game demo downloaded from the PSN. Our little girl is playing the Eye Pet demo and my boys are playing mostly the sword fight and the archery games in Sports Champions. Considering that Sports Champions is an early game, my expectations were not that high but, surprisingly, Ping Pong did meet my expectations. I've been playing real Ping Pong ever since I was 11 or 12 so I probably know what I'm talking about and the Move version of Ping Pong is GOOD. As for the others... sword fight, kids like it. Archery was okay, Bocce was so-so, Frisbee Golf not too bad. Three of the six Champions events benefit significantly from using TWO Motion controllers.

For the games I've played so far, this is NOT a couch experience. On the Sports events I was sweating after a few minutes and I had to get off the couch and stand up even when playing the puzzle because of its depth element. This is probably a good thing.

I am sorry for having to do this but, absent 'hard core' games, the only comparison I can make is between Move and Wii and... to put it VERY mildly, the Wii shows its age when placed next to the Move. Except for it lacking a built-in speaker, the Move controller is ahead of Wii in every single respect: precision, responsiveness, ergonomics. The fact that the Eye camera can and in certain games DOES track your body not just the controller helps too. Of course, the Wii has the games but the Move games should be coming fast so I'm not worried.MY RATING

It's 5 stars for the technical merit, ease of setup and for the overall experience. Hopefully, the games will be coming quickly and in good quality.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Review

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
For a true Tolkien fan, this game is a masterpiece. It focuses on hack and slash action (nonstop, except cutscenes) based on the first two new line cinema movies.
Graphics: Player models are good, sometimes funny to look at though. The game beautifully blends scenes from the movies with the graphics from the game.
Sound: Soundtracks from the movies, combined with all the original actors voicing the characters. Dolby Digital 5.1 makes this a realistic experience, swords clashing all around you. It doesn't get much more like the movie than that!
Story: Exactly as Tolkien made it. The game is told by Aragorn talking to Eowyn (I think) and telling her of his adventures.
Gameplay: Excellent, I couldn't be more pleased with the tremendous action that makes you feel like a part of the Fellowship. You upgrade your weapons (and life) and earn more moves by purchasing them with upgrade points that you earn after each level. The better score you got in the level, the more upgrade points you recieve. I would have liked for the game to not be so restrictive. Some of the time it feels like an old fashioned side scroller, for you can only move left and right, even though the "real" world is still untraversed. The parts which allow you to move freely are small, I would be more pleased if the game allowed you to go more places.
Replayability: Excellent. This game is beat on "easy" in very little time, but you can unlock a bonus mission and a secret character with more playing. There is no multiplayer :( I would have liked cooperative. The thing I like about this game most would be that whenever I feel in a "Tolkien" mood, I just put in the Two Towers and enjoy the storyline and action sequences over and over again.
Great game! Kept me by the TV for a long while, but rent if you have any doubts about it.

Hot Shots Golf Fore Review

Hot Shots Golf Fore

I was a big fan of Hot Shots Golf 3.Given a choice, I'd play it before I'd play Madden or Grand Theft Auto.It wasn't perfect, but there was a lot there to keep you busy and challenged.

Now comes Hot Shots Golf Fore and a great product gets even better! Some of my favorite characters from HSG3 return (although I mourn the abscence of Blue, my best power and control player in HSG3) with many more courses added (all of the full-sized 18-hole courses from HSG3 return as well).Miniature golf is added (I guess this was a feature that was on versions before HSG3, but eliminated in that game), which is a nice change of pace, although I doubt I'll spend much time there.

I'm still in the early stages of play, but there appears to be more clubs and more golf ball options in this game and play is much much tougher.I seem to remember zipping through the first ten or so "VS mode" matches in HSG3, but I've already lost my first match in this new version (one big change is that "VS mode" matches - where you play against another character and if you beat him/her, you unlock the character for yourself - is now 9 holes in length instead of 18 holes). So, if you lose, you won't have spent as much time in that loss and can try again.

There's a lot more, but it looks like Sony did it right again!Although, like a previous reviewer, I want to know what the creators were thinking with some of the comments of players and caddies ("I love show tunes")!

Get it!

PS - By the way, the strategy guide for this game (sold separately) is a very attractive book, but is pretty much useless.

Bookworm Deluxe Review

Bookworm Deluxe
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I am addicted to Bookworm and need to acquire more willpower, fast, to limit my daily gametime. I find myself spending hours playing, late evenings especially, and, (blush), sometimes at work. Trying to accumulate a high score - my personal best - like at the Olympics, is the most addictive part for me!! I used to play Scrabble on the PC and loved it, but Bookworm is by far the better game - I think. I have limited myself to no more than an hour per day, OK sometimes 2 hours - but that is time used to build vocabulary and other skills, rather than watch one of my favorite TV programs. See how easy it is to rationalize? Actually, Bookworm has helped to improve my Scrabble skills also. There's almost an entire dictionary of possibilities stored on the CD.

The concept of Bookworm is simple. One needs to make words by linking adjacent letter tiles. The more complex the word and more difficult the letter, (z, x, q, like Scrabble), the higher the score. Short, or low scoring words, cause fires to start with letters at the top of the PC screen, the library wall. If a word is not formed from the burning tile letters before they reach the bottom, then the game explodes - kaput! The higher your score, the more burning tiles appear. Thus the level of difficulty increases. Also, the longer one plays a particular game, thus using up a variety of tiles, itbecomes more difficult to find either vowels or consonants. Scoring then becomes even more difficult.

There is a leisurely paced Classic Game, and no beat the clock option. I personally prefer this one. It gives one time to really think and look for many-lettered words. Then there's the Action Game, where you have to beat both the clock and the burning tiles. Since one is more inclined to go for short words when the clock is ticking, there are more burning tiles here. It really gets the adrenaline going! There is also a Save Game option which is terrific. Once I begin to score in the high numbers, which can take a while, I get tired, and am able to save the game without losing points, and can come back to it another time. The players' high scores are saved in the Hall of Fame, so it is easy to compete against yourself or another player.

The book worm, Lex, (from lexicon), is a funny and bizarre creature who makes weird noises, supposedly to encourage the player to feed his endless appetite for words. When a particularly good word is formed, he belches! I enjoyed this feature for all of five minutes, and then turned down the sound. However, I think kids would love this vocabulary tapeworm. And Bookworm is perfect for children and adults alike. The game is from Activision. It is fun and educational and I highly recommend it. The CD version is more complex and has many more possibilities than the free download found on the Web. I tried the download before buying the game.

Product Description:
Mario Kart 64, one of the first games released for the Nintendo 64 platform, is an updated translation of the very popular Super Mario Kart for the Super NES (SNES). And while the game clearly takes full advantage of the graphics power and speed of the N64, a few components that made the original so compelling have been left out of this release. Still, Nintendo's expertise at sucking players into the game world is strongly evident, and Mario Kart 64 offers enough challenges to keep players (especially casual gamers) entertained. Placing a familiar Nintendo personality behind the wheel of a sputtering kart powered by a 50, 100, or 150-cc engine, the game lets players race computerized opponents or up to four other players on a variety of well-designed tracks. Because karts lack the power and speed of race cars, drivers must focus on collecting power-ups and nonlethal weapons rather than negotiating hairpin turns on two wheels. Grabbing and using on-track items is the heart of the game's fun: a strategically-placed banana peel sends the unlucky victim into a spin, nailing an opponent with a turtle shell launches their vehicle skyward, and a rocket provides a quick boost to near-breakneck speeds, if only for a moment.

Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater Review

Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater

By far, this movi--err, I mean game, has some of the best cut scenes I've ever seen in a game.Kojima, the creator/director of the Metal Gear Series goes beyond delivering a traditional action shoot-em-up and offers up a truly interactive cinematic experience, with some truly original gameplay to boot.

In a sense, this game is really an "interactive movie" where parts of it, you control the character (although your actions largely have little outcome in the plot). On your first play-through, you will be immersed in the plot line and the execellent cinematic sequences. You'll find that you're often playing just to get from one cut scene to the next (there has to be well over 1.5 hours of cut scenes).4 of my friends basically sat around and watched me beat the game in one sitting (~9 hours) just to watch the cinematic sequences.

In these cut scenes, Kojima pieces together a somewhat hokey plot-line, which is interesting, but not entirely believable (I'll let it slide ;)).What's more impressive, though, is the detail to which the cut scenes are executed; all of the sequences use high detail, in game models (not pre rendered), pretty good voice acting, and fully motion captured action.Kojima adds cinematic flare to the scenes by making creative use of camera angles and techniques like slo-mo (don't worry, none of it is cheesy) and using a pitch black screen (only audio) during a sequence when Snake has a sack over his head.In addition, Kojima introduces a few very interesting characters, most notably, The End, an expert marksman in the twilight of his life and a young hotshot, Ocelot. All in all, the cut scenes are top notch; they come together to form a truly cinematic experience, something you don't always expect from a game.

While you can beat the game playing it as a pure shoot-em-up style type of game (you'll probably want to do that on the first play through, just to watch all of the cut scenes), you'll get the most satisfaction and challenge from trying to use your stealth capabilities and sneaking through the various stages of the game undetected by the enemy. To that effect, MGS3 introduces the very novel idea of camouflage.Snake can don various camo uniforms and face paints to blend in with his environments and decrease his visibility. It adds a novel twist and, as other reviewers have mentioned, would have been even more welcome if the interface to change the camo was more accessible (you have to enter the game menu to change camo).

MGS3 also introduces the idea of food, which can be used in various ways in the game (even as a weapon in some cases).Snake can obtain traps and capture live animals for consumption later on, or he can kill an animal and store it in his backpack. But beware, just like in real life, the food will spoil.Just turn the game off, come back two or three days later and you'll find that most of your food has spoiled.Don't worry though, there are plenty of little critters to hunt down in the game ;)

Although the game is relatively short, there is tremendous replay value for those that are up to the challenge of trying to play through the game under certain conditions to unlock secret items/weapons.For example, each of the bosses can be defeated by either depleting their health or stamina.Defeating a boss by the latter results in obtaining their camo, which often have special abilities.

All in all, I think this is a great game that anyone that owns a PS2 owes it to themselves to play through at least once.It is truly a masterpiece that kind of bridges the gap between a movie and a game (one of the final "chase" sequences is *very* awesome).

Graphics: 9/10; Some of the best visuals I've seen to date, particularly the excellent cut scenes, which use high detail in game models and fully motion captured action. There is just an incredible level of detail to everything in the game. For example, when you run through the jungle, the blades of grass move as well, you leave footsteps when you step through the mud, and when you get shot or injured, your uniform gets stained with blood accordingly

Mechanics: 8/10; I only have three minor gripes about the mechanics of the game.First of all, there isn't a second person view and you can't move in first person view. It's incredibly difficult to aim in third person view, but in first person view, you can't move, so you're basically a sitting target every time you need to aim precisely.Second of all, since camo plays a big part in the game, there should really have been a better interface to change camo. And finally, you cannot load the game during a game, you have to reset the game. This is somewhat frustrating and time consuming when you are trying to obtain certain items under certain conditions in the highest difficulty level ;)

Music/Sound: 9/10; The voice acting in the game seems hokey at first, but after a while, you won't be able to imagine the characters with any other voice.Overall, the voiceovers are done fairly well. For the most part, the gameplay sequences are devoid of music. When it does come on, usually when you get caution/alert status, it can be a bit annoying since it makes it somewhat difficult to hear the ambient sounds like footsteps and what not.The ambient sounds, from jungle to mountain top to caves, are all very well done. When it rains, it really sounds like rain. When the wind howls, it really sounds like the wind is howling.Put on a good pair of headphones, and you'll really feel like you're in the jungle with Snake. There are also a few 007-esque tracks, which may or may not be your thing.

Difficulty: 7/10; The game is not actually very difficult, it just requires a lot of patience, some creative thinking occasionally, and a steady hand. This game is certainly not for younger gamers; it's not really a run-and-gun type of game.In addition, there is quite a bit of suggestive material and violence.

Replay Value: 8/10; With many different levels of difficulty, different optional items to get, different styles of play, different rankings, secret items, and a relatively short length, the game offers a high level of replayability.Even some of the cut scenes are worth watching a few extra times.I'm currently on my second play through, trying to get the invisible camo on the hardest difficulty mode.

Overall: 9/10;This is a great, great game. It's nearly perfect (nearly!).You'd be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn't pick it up and play it.

This game's graphics are awesome...well, for Gameboy Color, that is. I'm stuck. Everything is confusing! I look everywhere I can and I get stuck! It's rated 'T' for teen, because of so-called "violence". Well, there's like no violence. The only reason it should be rated 'T' is because the game is so hard(and whenever you're about to go into combat mode, it shows Edward and he says 'what the [heck] is that?'). I probably should've saved my money. Save your money too, unless you plan on playing the game for 5 minutes and then giving up!

The Legend of Zelda has had many memorable titles. Link to the Past has to be the favorite of the 2D games. This was the game that gave the ideals for the altime best: Ocarina of Time. This game consist of 2 worlds. A light and dark world. You link are in search to rescue the desandant of the 7 sages from the evil wizard Anghim (i think's his name) from the dark world and into the light world..
If you played Links Awakaning, and Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Season you'll love this game. The graphics are superb for a portable gaming system. It'll rain and fog and its like in real life. it is so much fun! There are so many items to collect. Such as a bug-catching net to capture faires in bottels for life refil when you die. The story line is very in-depth and the fighting is envigorating. The sound are gorgous as well. Songs such as the ones in Ocirana of time are featured in this game.
Multi-player for the zelda series is a first. Up to 4 people can link up to do tasts. YOu all have to work together. Its so much fun to play. You'll do things such as through your friend over a gorge to flip a switch. Real team effort. The one (or team) to collect the most rupees wins! THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR THE GBA!!!

Sim Tower: The Vertical Empire Review

Sim Tower: The Vertical Empire

Sim Tower is fun to play, but once you get everything set up in your tower, there are not a whole lot of options to add new items. You have to earn stars and you do so by adding in items such as condos, restaurents, and hotel rooms. As you gain stars, you gain more items to add in your hotel such as stores and a movie theater.Once you get so far in the game, or if you run out of money, there is not a whole lot you can do.It is fun to play though, especially if your just looking for a game to play but don't have a lot of time.

Product Description:
Maxis takes their Sim-building line vertical with SimTower, an original concept from Japan (where vertical living is much more commonplace than in many parts of the world). Your goal is to build a skyscraper that is both tall, aethestically pleasing, popular, and, most importantly, economically profitable. To be successful, your building cannot just be levels upon levels of officespace, or just an apartment sky-rise, but a multi-functional haven for humanity featuring everything from penthouses to theatres, restaurants to shopping malls. The centerpiece of your tower design is your elevators and proper managment is the key.You can watch your Sims enter and leave your grand tower, getting impatient waiting for elevators, or having a hectic work day at the office. You can even train in on one or two, to server as a metering stick for their compatriots, or just to peek into the average workday of the little people living in your building. Or watch the security and resuce crews race as distasters like bomb threats and fires rampage through your well-crafted skyscraper.

SCOOBY DOO: MYSTERY MAYHEM Review

SCOOBY DOO: MYSTERY MAYHEM
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought my son a gamecube for Christmas and Scooby Doo Night of 1000 Frights. He loves the game but some of the levels are extremely hard for someone of his age. When he saw the commercial for the Mystery Mayhem game he of course really wanted it.Given the difficulty level of the first game, I was at first reluctant to purchase (my son is 5 and relatively new to the video game scene). However, after caving in and getting it, I am really glad I did.The levels are much easier for him to manuever and he really loves being able to play as Scooby or Shaggy. If he gets stuck I can usually help him through (in the Night of 1000 Frights some of the levels were too difficult for me!)Anyway, he really loves the game and the fact that is seems to be geared more toward younger players is a major plus.Overall I would say a big hit for the younger players, older more experienced gamers might find it a little too easy.Hope this is helpful.
