(More customer reviews)basically this cd is the upgrade patch from the original duke 3d 1.3R cd to 1.4 atomic. if you have the atomic edition do not buy this. if you have the 1.3 cd buy this and you get episode 4 also download from 3dr the 1.5 patch and dosbox to run this game in win xp and vista.
