(More customer reviews)Don't pass off this game as a childish series, this is a great and original game.
The story is pretty good, and offers different new features from the original, like changing the type of megaman.
The battle system is differnt an unlike ALL RPGs. It has an isometric view and you chose your move(s) when the gauge fills up. This seems to make it similar to a card game, or strategy game because each move you pick needs to be well thought out, along with the cards in your folder.
It also features a two player battle mode and chip data trade.
Hardcore megaman fans may not like the fact that it is not a platformer (but Rockman* Zero is comming out this Augest), however fancises tire if they arn't changed, and capcom saw this so the created an alternate universe series. If these fans played this game more than 5 miniuts (most gammers will be turned off this game if they don't play it form the begining because it will be too confusing) they would enjoy capcom's little references to other games.
All in all, this game is excellent and very fun, well worth the purchase. It is a great alternate approch to one of the most famous mascots in the gaming industry. So, buy this game.

(More customer reviews)After playing for 20 hours, I was surprised how much fun this game turned out to be.I found the "Internet themed" plot line very appealing.With loads of hidden "easter eggs" throughout this game, the curious gamer could play for hours.

Pros:
1)Dual screens are used effectively with touchpad controls that are easy to press.
2)Excellent tutorial and battle dialog help the player learn quickly.
3)2D Graphics are sharp with emphasis placed on information display.
4)A mature title with no glitches in gameplay or battle mode.
5)Game can be controlled with the keypad, no need to use the touchpad.

Cons:
1)Game seems like it has a little to much useless character dialog.
2)This game is just an updated remake of earlier titles, but a great buy for a player new to this Megaman genre.

(More customer reviews)At first, I was a bit skeptic of the BN series. I like all the other megaman series, but I saw megaman BN and didn't know what to think. At first it seemed to different, but while talking to other Megaman community members, they convinced me into trying it. I bought this one because it was the cheapest I could find. I was extremely impressed with the cool action sequences and good storyline. The play is really addictive. I never care for graphics, but if you really are a visomaniac, I suppose you might not like them.
In all:
play: 5 stars
replayability: 5 stars
frustration: next to none (4 stars)
graphics: (NA)
Price: 4 stars

Mega Man Battle Network 6: Cybeast Falzar Review

However, it isn't that different than it's canine counterpart. The few differences include the navis, the giga chips, and the final bosses. There are also two break navis in Falzar, and two fire navis in Gregar. Here are the following navis for each version:

Falzar:
SpoutMan (Water)
TamahawkMan (Wood)
TenguMan (Wind)
GroundMan (Break)
DustMan (Break)

Gregar:
HeatMan (Fire)
ElecMan (Elecric)
SlashMan (Sword)
EraseMan (Cursor)
ChargeMan (Fire)

Hopefully that will aid in the choosing of your version.

Well, here's the basic story. The game starts out with... the Hikari family moving! Yes, our hero's family moves to a new town called Cyber City. He has to deal with making friends, going to school, and getting used to his new house. A few happenings later, Megaman finds himself face to face with a cybeast! One of the cybeasts is absorbed into Megaman (Although I'm not telling you why.) and that cybeast would be, of course, the cybeast of the verion that you are currently playing! You eventualy get to utalize their powers, althought they're very similar. This might just be the best (and sadly the last) installation of the Megaman Battle Network series. I reccomend it, especially if you are a fan of the series.

(More customer reviews)This new game is incredible. There are six net navis (net navigators) per cartridge. The stories on Team Protoman are diffrent from Team Colonol. The new Soul Unisons (or Double Souls) are Proto Soul, Gyro Soul, Medi Soul, Search Soul, Magnet Soul, and Naplam Soul. You can also use the Soul Unison System with Dark chips to create Chaos Unisons. Be careful, the dark power of Chaos Unisons might overload and become MegamanDS.
