(More customer reviews)I picked up this pack, and its a fun novelty but nothing more. It does add some realism to playing Zelda:TP especially when you stand up and do the motions. The quality is decent, especially good detail on the shield. The swords have hard plastic handles and foam blades, so this is safe for children. The Wiimote and nunchuck fit nicely in the holes and it doesn't add much weight.
The sword/shield set is fun for a minute, but novelty wears off quickly. The only problem is that you can't play through all the parts in Zelda with the plastic sword. The handle blocks the Wiimote sensor, so its impossible to use things like the grappling hook or bow and arrow with this peripheral. This is a major issue, but only effects a few parts later in the game. Although it should be noted because it is not obvious from the pictures.
All in all, if you are a die-hard Zelda fan (or you have a kid that is), this is a fun little novelty, but don't expect too much. I found the sword worked pretty good with Prince of Persia, however thats not the best game to begin with so I wouldn't buy it just for that. Its a great conversation piece, all your friends will want to try. So if you like Zelda and collect useless junk, you will probably enjoy yourself.
