I downloaded this game tonight for a 30 min. preview. The game idea is cute, you go to a lodge to get ready for your parent's party, end up getting hired by the owner, and are put in charge of the lobby. You serve food, get the mail, process check in and check outs, and bus tables. But between all that, you have to deal with people coming in to talk about your parents, greet your folks friends, deal with your sister and seating cards, chase spiders, etc. It was kind of frustrating because just when you'd get into the groove of serving and cleaning tables you'd have to stop and talk to someone that didn't really make any difference to the game. I stopped even reading the dialogue and just clicked like mad to get past all the talking. Now, maybe this is just to get you to want to play beyond 30 min, and after that it cools off, but it made me not want to pay the very cheap price for this game because I found the schmoozing annoying. I am an experienced computer game food server and it was challenging to keep everyone served once the dinner party got going, (it starts very slowly) but in good conscience I can't say it's a great game. Try it for the 30 min trial and see if you like it.
